Number Resets when enter space bar

Within the React Quill component, there is an anomaly wherein the inputted numeric sequence ending with the digit "3" results in an unintended reset of the entered number to "1". For instance, typing "13." would inexplicably revert to "1.". This peculiarity persists irrespective of the preceding numeric value.

The Number resets to 1. when i want to add another set of content list and click space bar
