Rename "Time" to "Last message" in Recent conversations

As discussed on CZO, we should rename the "Time" column to "Last message" in Recent conversations.

We should check whether any documentation needs to be updated. (At a quick glance, https://zulip.com/help/recent-conversations is not affected.)

It's not easy to ensure "last message" text in different languages fit properly in the table header without blowing column sizes out of proportion.

@amanagr any advise on how to proceed so that it does not break anything? My PR is in review so I thought I could look at it maybe. Also is this change wanted as of now? because I did not see confirmation in the given CZO thread.

It's in the territory of we want "Last message" as the header name but don't want to spend a lot of time getting the behaviour right in different languages unless someone offers us a solution that does it flawlessly.
