A Paint.NET Effect plugin that implements the Kuwahara noise reduction algorithm.
- Close Paint.NET.
- Place Kuwahara.dll in the Paint.NET Effects folder which is usually located in one the following locations depending on the Paint.NET version you have installed.

- Restart Paint.NET.
- The plug-in will now be available as the Kuwahara menu item in the Noise category of the Paint.NET Effects menu.
