Fixes/actions refactor and pinecone working

1. Included OpenAI Organization as part of the env vars, and as header in the open ai requests
2. Included pinecone index and namespace as env vars, and updated the documentation on how to create the index.
3. Refactor the actions file, trying to debug what was wrong on that file was impossible.
4. if currentUserReference != null, notifications not triggering.
