The object-oriented spatiotemporal clustering approach using remote sensing products (OSCAR) for detecting evolutions of ENSO-related precipitation anomalies, BASE CLion This method first identifies the snapshot objects from the raster of remote sensing products, representing the status of the precipitation anomaly, and then performs spatiotemporal clustering on the snapshot objects, as shown in Figure.
