NA/JP Edition are now one single release located at https://github.com/Lapig/PigPSO2Cam
Download the latest release from this repo, unzip the files into your pso2_bin folder, msstore or steam either will work, select overwrite at the prompt, a backup of that file is included in case you need to revert the change.
Now just start the game as usual
Press INSERT in PSO2 to open the menu, CTRL+Click'ing the sliders allows for manual input
