Description of Changes
Increases sensitivity of tex_flush when autoflushing.
Rationale behind Changes
There is some very slightly discrepancies which don't get picked up, causing Jak to have puppet lines in software. This will cause autoflush to happen more often in some situation but not much can be done about it right now without breaking stuff.
Suggested Testing Steps
Test Jak II in software mode, make sure the shadows are okay.
