Bug description

When selecting the apk from storage, the manager should load the selected patches by the user, if the user previously patched and installed the same app before. But the manager isn't loading the patch selection, atleast not in the case of YT Music when using a custom source.

This is just my doubt, but it could also be what happened in #1749.
