Monitor the price of the item in the Steam market and notify when there is a price drop under the desired price

The file Settings.cfg need to be edited with the links to monitor and with the relative desidered prices.
There is no limit to the number of prices watch, simply add the urls (link1, link2, link3 ecc..) with related prices (price1, price2, price3 ecc..).
