Product Description

Rapportly is a digital tool designed to assist sales professionals in preparing for meetings with prospects. It aims to streamline the process of gathering relevant information about a potential client, helping to build a good first impression and establish a personal connection quickly and efficiently. It emails a quick 5-minute read summary before every meeting consisting of meeting objectives, details on past interactions, a list of topics to talk about, and much more reducing time invested by a sales professional to prepare for the meeting in their busy schedules.

Methodology

The tool focuses on personalizing the approach by using data such as background research, common interests, and industry trends to create tailored summaries and talking points that can be used during sales meetings to build rapport with prospects.

Outcome

The salesperson (Rapportly's user) receives an email 10 minutes before every meeting (as per Google Calendar events). This email from Rapportly contains a 5-minute and a 1-minute summary which is enough to be prepared for the upcoming meetings. Below is a sample text of what an email contains.
