- Adds a new item to the sidebar nav that shows the ActivityPub outbox of the site (i.e. all of its posts as ActivityPub articles)
We want to be able to persist these which means they need to be an Entity
This helps with having a dynamic base URL

Also added a hardcoded `@index@ghost.org` user to follow for now.
