Added Chocolatey install instructions

  • Link to Chocolatey's Why-Chocolatey Page for users who don't recognize it
  • I can add links to each package as well
  • Example command to install both tools
    • Based on krew instructions, this may need to be split into separate examples

Removed duplicate Homebrew instructions

  • A duplicate set of Homebrew instructions were under the Linux section

Confirming, that I'm using Chocolatey for installing the tools.

It seems you are

  1. removing linux brew instructions
  2. missing a ### Windows title.

once we fix those, we can merge this.

thanks for catching that, I believe I have corrected both of those. Let me know if anything else is out of place and I'll try to correct it as well.
