Fixing issue 1628.
Created new interface for
RandomSnowfollowing #1704.In the
InitSchemaclass,snow_point_rangeis simply declared asTuple[ float, float ]because theZeroOneRangeTypewas automatically sorting elements in the range tuple, failing some tests.
