What's changed

• IMPORTANT as of this release the docker repository for this project is ghcr.io/alephdata/memorious. Please update your references which are currently pointing to alephdata/memorious (on Dockerhub).
• Updated the documentation structure to fit in with Aleph. Find the new site here. Thanks to @tillprochaska
• Updated the tests which were previously calling out to httpbin.org to use a docker compose based setup with a local httpbin instance and a TLS proxy before it. Note that you need to run make services now to bring those up if you want to run the tests locally.
• Fixed the description text on the PyPI page
• Pinned the PyPI publish github action to a stable version
