fix(core): use createSessionFunction when loading Session from persisted state #2444

Changes SessionPool's new Session loading behavior in the core module to utilize the configured createSessionFunction if specified. This ensures that new Sessions are instantiated using the custom session creation logic provided by the user, improving flexibility and adherence to user configurations.

We might want to test this - this is IMO not a blocker for merging this PR, but if you have some spare time, it would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks, I would love to but realistically I cannot invest the time to build an automated test for this change.
