Will sharded and single-sharded rocks always have distinct configurations? Will there be case where they want to share a configuration value?

In terms of RocksDB configuration, single rocksdb and sharded rocksdb are likely be different. Sharded rocks usually per CF limits/options. Single rocks usually set global options. |

It seems ioTimeoutErrorIfCleared
is already emitting trace events, like IoDegraded
and IoTimeoutError
. Is the idea here for gaterhing fetch key progress?
