Share code between Spring Boot & Android

building on top of @robincakeellis work in #194 , we want to modularize the classes so i can use the classes from spring boot or android.

Thankfully we already use a lot of android-ish paradigms like rxjava, etc. However some of the classes launch implicit apis in the background (like GPT3Endpoint).

We will be creating a 100$ bounty on this soon - opening bug for preliminary discussion and brainstorming.
