This section outlines the sections that help is provided on in Toby's PL/SQL Editor. Currently there is not a lot of information. Each section outlined here should eventually have documentation attached to it, however currently not every page has documentation in it. Please be patient :)
Concepts This section introduces the basic of using the PLSQL Editor,
- How to edit files
- What a valid file looks like
- The schema browser, and what it provides a view of
- Todo lists
A good starting point might be the how to use guide.
Getting Started This section shows you how to create a new file, a few PLSQL basics and how you should best structure your schema file separation for the editor. You could start with creating a new file.
Reference This section is a reference for the preferences, outline, available views, the schema mapping configuration and so on. Start with the preferences.
Samples Is a placeholder for future detail.
Tasks Covers the functionality you can configure into the PLSQL

Header Generation via an Ant Task kindly provided by
Steve Edwards.
The class to use is called plsqleditor.anttasks.PlsqlHeaderGenTask and is inside the jar. You need ant to run it. - PL Doc'ing
