Issue with ApplyCI in devtctl

Yes

How was the user un-blocked?

TEMPORARILY - By doing some changes from the backend/DB

Impact on Enterprise

They were blocked as they were not able to apply config in all the environment for testing

👟 Steps to replicate the Issue

  1. Create a yaml with POSTCI steps
  2. Provide wrong app name in includeAppName field
  3. Apply the yaml

👍 Expected behavior

It is applying in all the application of that environment

👎 Actual Behavior

It should throw error that application doesn’t exsist
