But it doesn't seem available yet. Keeping this in Draft till this is available. Dates are incorrect as of now.

Also a comment on reddit pointed me to the existence of "FortiCare ELITE" plan documented at https://www.fortinet.com/content/dam/fortinet/assets/solution-guides/sb-forticare-services.pdf

which says the following:

Extended End-of-Engineering-Support (E-EoES) for Long Term Supported Firmware (LTS) of 18 months*
* Currently available for FortiGate only

Would be worth documenting, but I couldn't find a clear list of LTS Firmwares, and whether that includes FortiOS?
