Also a comment on reddit pointed me to the existence of "FortiCare ELITE" plan documented at https://www.fortinet.com/content/dam/fortinet/assets/solution-guides/sb-forticare-services.pdf which says the following:
Would be worth documenting, but I couldn't find a clear list of LTS Firmwares, and whether that includes FortiOS? |
