Makes messages and tooltips consistent when dropping Mesh, Scene, Texture, Material in the 2D or 3D Viewport. There were no message in 3D Viewport when dropping Mesh/Scene before.
Closes: godotengine/godot-proposals#9752

I would also like to add consistency for AudioStream but need to coordinate with: #92004
