here's my dotfiles!

i need to really clean up some of these files (soon).

stuff included:
- bashrc
- openbox
- polybar
- various scripts for installing stuff
- rofi
- tmux
- vimrc
- vscode

my system:

xps13 running ubuntu and openbox wm
