  1. Implement a new emoji panel. 

    Previous smilyPanel had limited number of emojis and it typed in input bar as a text code it not the usual way , so I have developed the new emoji panel using emoji-mart, I used these dependencies
* npm install --save emoji-mart @emoji-mart/data @emoji-mart/react
* npm install --save-dev sass-loader css-loader style-loader sass
