backlight
=========

backlight is a simple C program "replacement" of xbacklight.
backlight however directly read and write to the sysfs entries.

Building
========

To build backlight you have to run:

    make

Installing
==========

backlight should require privileges to read and write to the sysfs
entries. Enabling suid on the installed binary might be needed depending
on how you want to use this program.
