Create import ready file for CRIF data exchange system.

Instructions:

1. Save the MS Excel export file as Unicode Text (.txt, .TXT).
2. Drag the exported file onto CRIF-Encrypt.exe.
3. Alternatively, you can pass the file path as an argument using CLI.
4. The program will automatically output a .gpg file, which is ready to be imported by the CRIF system.

How the program works:

1. The working file's encoding is converted into UTF-8.
2. The ^~ separator is added.
3. It is converted to a .DAT file.
4. It is packed into a ZIP archive as required.
5. The file is signed and encrypted. The program will prompt you to enter the sign password. More features will be added soon...

Program run requirement

1. Have installed and configured Kleopatra (Gpg4win) according CRIF requirements
2. Have Installed DOT.NET 6 Runtime
