KW1281 diagnosis tool

Description

Simple KW1281 diagnosis tool for "old" VAG cars implemented using Zephyr and its shell module.

Implemented functions/features:

• scan for targets
• read/clear fault codes
• read measurement group
• basic setting (read measurement group with adaption)
• send raw block
