I've reviewed and polished it (commited), but a few things require your attention, @djklim87 :
- The alterting section:
- add an example
- "Currently, only altering materalized views is supported. To change source parameters" - not clear what's the difference between "altering" and "changing source parameters"
- "SHOW MV view_table" - not clear what "suspended" means in the example
- "Mapping fields" section: not clear at all what is what, especially "abbrev" and "GlossDef"
