PurgeWrangler has been enabling eGPU support on older Macs est. April 2018. Since then, the script has evolved significantly with new patches, improved user experience, and new features. The script has and will always be free. Follow the extensive guide and FAQ on this wiki to get yourself up and running smoothly. Even if you are a user who has never used Terminal, or never executed a script in your life, you will find the process exceedingly simple.
