Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.88.0-insider (f7c827a)
  • OS Version: macOS Sonoma 14.4

The traffic light icons in the custom title bar should be centered vertically, but the padding at the top is larger than at the bottom, especially when the command center is disabled:
