Cursr is a freemium mouse movement customization tool for multi-display setups but also useful for some single displays like ultrawide ones. Over time it evolved to a software KVM to allow for mouse movement across multi-display setups even if they belong to multiple devices, naturally keyboard and clipboard sharing was added on top making it a software KVM.

I think it can be useful to a lot of people even as free tool as for most part it's features are usable in free tier so that everyone can benefit from it. Paid version is only added to help make it sustainable and is targeted towards power users/those seeking detailed customization.

It does have a public repo purely for distribution of installation/executable files with over 40 stars. There are plans to in future open-source partial base code that is used for free-tier if time and resources allow it.

Proof of using electron - I assume you want something that could be checked by anyone - as it's electron application, the location of installation contains 'resources/app.asar' file which can be unpacked with npm 'asar' package and has package.json file inside with some electron related packages:

electron itself is not in there as it's in devDependencies, so can't be checked but in case it's of any use here's screenshot from private repo:
